MANAWA TĪTĪ

Māramatanga:  He manawa tītī - 'A muttonbird's heart' as a metaphor for a person with stamina, great endurance, exceptional power to continue the fight no matter what it takes.  

Ngā Āhuatanga: Manawa Tītī is the ongoing efforts of activators and the language revitalisation initiatives that ensure te reo Māori takes prominence throughout Aotearoa. It is the foundation and underpins all the Manawa Rangahau. 

Hapori:  This Manawa is for those interested in te reo Māori me ngōna tikanga, Indigenous languages, initiatives and strategies which supports, normalises, and prioritises te reo Māori within whānau, marae, hapū, iwi, mahi and digital spaces.
