I have a background in Project and Event Management, Customer Service and Administration. I have sound experience in administration, specifically focusing on project and event coordination, customer service, and office management paying close attention to detail and ensuring smooth operations. Throughout my career, I have held management positions in the transport industry, where I prioritized providing excellent service to customers while supporting our internal staff.
I also have experience co-ordinating the activites of a Kaupapa Māori community Group and assisting them in various ways. In addition to my current responsibilities, I will oversee the financial management of Te Manawahoukura, enhancing my existing career attributes with valuable knowledge and experience.

2021 – 2022 – Assisted in the organisation of Te Wananga o Aotearoa Rangahau Kaupapa Māori Workshops. Assisting in coordinating speakers, promotional material, organising travel, accommodation, catering, invoice payments.
2012 – 2020 – Coordinate local and national engagement with community, hapū, iwi for the Rauawaawa Kaumātua Olympics annual event. Coordinating team registration, volunteers, and logistics for each team.
2012 – 2020 - Key role in the organising, managing, and implementing team for local, regional, and national events focused on the wellbeing of Kaumātua. i.e. Kaumātua Balls, Kaumātua Idol event.
2019 – Part of the coordination team for local engagement with community, hapū, and iwi for the National Kaumātua Service Providers Conference – Rotorua. Arranging accommodation, travel, catering, venues, and speakers.
2018 – Part of the organising, hosting, and implementation team for local, regional and national event National Kaumātua Service Providers Conference New Plymouth. Arranging accommodation, travel, catering, venues, and speakers.
2017 - Co-designer and facilitator for Social Enterprise venture – Te Puna Tikanga for Rauawaawa Kaumātua Charitable Trust. Running the programs and organising catering and attendees.
